If you have a baby, child or young adult diagnosed with a life limiting, life-threatening or terminal illness you can reach us by referral from senior medical or nursing staff.

If you have suffered the sad loss of a baby, child or young adult and feel you would like to access our support, you can call us directly on 01745 589920.

We are avaliable from 10:00am-12:00(noon) Monday and Thursday. We are available for enquiries at other times however please leave a message if there is no answer and we will return your call.
